PRODUCT INFORMATION
Are the phones brand new?
All of our phones are brand new unless otherwise stated. The phones are tested
prior to shipping to ensure they are in working condition.
Are the phones unlocked?
All phones are unlocked.

What is the currency listed?
All prices are in USD.
Is payment safe and secure?
Yes, once you checkout from our shopping cart, you will
be transferred to payment gateway for payment processing. All of your
information will be transmitted using the Secure Sockets Layer
protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the
highest level commercially available).
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa and Master Card (Visa,
MasterCard and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo)
Note: We currently do not accept American Express or Discovery cards
What will show up on my credit card statement?
It will show www.clarivue.com on your credit card statement.
Will I be charged tax?
Canadian residents will be charged 5% tax while British Columbia residents will be charged 13%
Do you accept other payment methods?
In order to streamline our order process, we currently do
not offer other payment methods.
SHIPPING
When will my order be processed?
Pursuant to general online selling terms and conditions, seller Clarivue
Cellular has
seven business days to complete the transactions after we received the payment.
The seller Clarivue Cellular has the right to take up to seven business
days to process any incoming order. Normal processing time for an order is taken
within 24-48 hours after a full compliance payment is received by Clarivue
Cellular.
Where is the item shipped from?
Our cell phones are shipped from Hong Kong.
Do I need to pay taxes and duites?
Buyers are responsible for any brokerage fee, VAT,
import duties for the sales transaction.
Upon payment received by the seller, all sales are final. No refund or Exchange
will be issued. For defective items replacement and repair, please refer to our
Limited Warranty Coverage and Return Policy sections.
Where can you ship the products to?
We currently only ship our products to USA and Canada.
